2018 Summer Reading Program - Rock Around A Story!

For over two decades, Kaye has brought the art of storytelling to libraries as part of summer reading programs.

Storytelling is a perfect fit for childrens' programming in the library and particularly suited to your summer reading program.  It nurtures an interest in reading, develops listening skills, supports school education standards, encourages lifelong library patronage and....it's loads of fun!

Rock Around A Story includes folktales from around the world, each drawn from published childrens' literature. As part of your summer reading program, Kaye's storytelling will inspire the imagination and encourage families to explore your shelves for more!

As you plan for the 2018 summer schedule, contact Kaye and explore the possibilities.

Programs for Teens and Adults

We never outgrow the joy of well-told, carefully chosen story. Your teen and adult patrons will be as engaged as a five-year old by a story that resonates to their age and stage of life.  The classic literature of Edgar Allen Poe and Mark Twain, personal stories of real life experiences, historical events brought to life and folklore beyond Goldilocks; storytelling is powerful far beyond the boundaries of your Childrens' Department.

Contact Kaye to learn how she can bring a unique, and entertaining program to your library.

“Everyone is still raving!  You were phenomenal and sensational.  Thanks for inspiring us all…”
