Thanks for logging in and exploring my website. I appreciate the opportunity to share with you my love of story. In the weeks to come, this site will be launched in an exciting new design that I hope you'll find informative and interesting.

I'm gratified to have brought my story programs into so many schools, exposing teachers and students alike to the power of stories. A recent workshop in Pensacola, Florida was especially heartwarming as media specialists from local elementary schools not only explored the many applications of storytelling in education but also took tentative steps to find their own storytelling voice.

I'm also blessed with opportunities to share stories with families and adults. It's incredible to watch adults fall under the spell of a story and leave the program convinced that storytelling is most definitely not just for children!

As always, I'm so grateful for gift of story and the opportunities to share the magic and power of storytelling with others. Stories and storytelling are an integral part of who we are as human beings. Every culture, every person has stories to tell and the sharing of story bridges our differences, brings us together. Children and adults alike learn the lessons of life through story. Students master important academic learning through the use of story. Stories open our mind and heart, stories heal our pain and grief.

Storytellers, like other performing artists, rely heavily on personal referrals. I greatly appreciate the support and recommendations of those who've enjoyed my stories and want to share the joy. Keep passing my name on to friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances!
